Richard Lobenherz is a CCIM-designated broker and former Owner of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Northern Michigan, where he built and led 12 offices across the region. After nearly five decades in the industry, he sold the brokerage to focus exclusively on a select group of clients. Richard specializes in commercial hospitality assets and luxury residential properties and has represented many of the highest-grossing transactions in Charlevoix, Emmet, and Antrim Counties.

Austen Lobenherz was born and raised in Northern Michigan, giving him an intimate, street-level understanding of the region’s neighborhoods, properties, and values. His ability to evaluate assets with precision—down to pricing nuance and market timing—sets him apart in a highly localized, seasonal market. Recognized as a top-10 agent in the State of Michigan before the age of 30, Austen brings a modern, data-driven approach informed by his background in digital marketing, development, and luxury hospitality, positioning real estate as a performance asset rather than a transaction.
